If you have specific products you’d prefer us to use—such as eco-friendly or allergy-sensitive options—just let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, all service providers we work with are fully insured to carry out professional cleaning services. This includes public liability insurance for your peace of mind in the rare event of damage or accidents. As an agency, we also take steps to ensure all our partners meet legal and safety standards before working with clients.

We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule your booking, we ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice, depending on the service type.

Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a late cancellation fee to cover the cleaner’s time and travel. No-shows may incur the full service charge.
