Welcome to AJ Multi-clean These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, request a quote, or book a cleaning service through our platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Role

AJ Multi-clean operates as an independent cleaning services agency. We connect clients with third-party cleaning professionals and companies. We act as an agent, facilitating bookings, payments, and communication, but do not carry out cleaning services ourselves.

3. Your Agreement with Us

By booking a service through our platform, you agree to:
• Appoint us as your agent to arrange services with an independent provider.
• Accept that the cleaning service is delivered by a third party, not by AJ Multi-clean
• Allow us to collect payment on behalf of the cleaning provider.

4. Third-Party Providers
• All cleaning services are carried out by third-party providers who are independent contractors or companies.
• While we thoroughly vet our providers, we do not accept responsibility or liability for the performance of the service, except where legally required.
• Any issues related to service delivery (e.g. damages, missed appointments) must first be addressed directly with the provider. We will assist in resolving disputes where possible.

5. Payments
• You agree to pay the full amount quoted or invoiced for your booking.
• Payments are handled by [Stripe/PayPal/etc.], and we collect payment on behalf of the service provider.
• Refunds or compensation, if applicable, are subject to the terms of the individual provider.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made within [e.g. 24 hours] of your scheduled service may be subject to a fee.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• No-shows or lockouts may result in full charges being applied.

7. Liability
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the cleaning provider.
• We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by third-party service providers.
• Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the specific service.

8. Your Responsibilities
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises.
• Provide accurate information when booking.
• Remove valuable or fragile items before the service.
 9. Privacy

Your data is protected under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We only share your data with service providers for the purpose of fulfilling your booking.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our service indicates your agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the UK courts.
